Coastline Insurance is an independent agency in Coral Gables. We focus on hospitality operators and real estate investors. That's a deliberate choice, not a starting point we plan to outgrow.
Why we specialize
Generalists see your risks once in a while. We see them every day.
Hotels, restaurants, short-term rentals, and investment properties carry risks that don't fit a generic policy: liquor liability, constant guest turnover, and Florida's coastal storm exposure.
Focusing on these accounts is how we learned where the gaps usually are, and which questions to ask before a claim asks them for you.
We're independent, so we're not tied to one insurance company's products. We compare coverage and pricing across several carriers and explain the differences in plain language.
We also handle home and auto insurance, mostly for the business owners we already work with and the people they refer to us. It's a smaller part of what we do, and it gets the same attention.

Jose has worked in insurance for almost nine years. He handles hospitality and real estate accounts directly, from the first conversation through renewals, in English and Spanish.
